- Now you can attach files in the Knowledge Base. To do this, press "/" in the line and select "File" in the drop-down menu. There you can add the entry itself or attach a link to it.
- Added 3 hotkeys for text formatting:
Add boldness: Ctrl + b
Make italic: Ctrl + i
Add underscore: Ctrl + u
- In addition to png, pdf and others, audio formats appeared in files. Now you can attach mp3 or wav format so you don't lose what you need!
- Added voting for users. Go to the Help Center and rate on a 10-point scale how convenient WEEEK is.
