The eLama service is a single platform that simplifies the launch of campaigns and works with online advertising, helping to get the maximum result. For two years now they have been using WEEEK in their work.
Before
I make a content plan according to certain criteria. For example, we have weekly headings, the same topic should not be repeated throughout the day. The load is also important - the optimal number of posts for each social network per day. It is impossible to keep all this in your head, and even more so to plan far ahead.
Earlier, I used Google Sheets to maintain a content plan, I wrote everything manually, marked the completion of posts and headings with color. But it took a lot of time, and all the information had to be entered manually. In general, it is not convenient.
Other services did not meet my specific requirements: to be able to see the activity for the week in one window, mark scheduled posts, indicate the release time, divide into headings.
WEEEK is the only service that allowed us to organize the weekly posting schedule the way we wanted.
Colleagues from the email marketing group also needed some kind of tool to schedule email activities and display pop-ups in our service. It is important for them to understand how the channel is loaded with content, what topics and when our users receive messages.
We were looking for a planning service that would be more convenient and visually pleasing than regular spreadsheets. And found WEEEK.
After
Thanks to WEEEK, the schedule is in front of your eyes every day. I can see both the big picture of social media content and my personal workload: how many posts have been made and how many should be scheduled. Everything in one place.
For each communication channel (SMM, email, pop-ups) we made separate projects. Now we can see what messages the audience receives from different channels.
