Notebooks or Moleskine organizers are stylish, but the 21st century has its own rules. To keep up with the fast pace, you need reliable helpers. Which ones? Task planners, of course, and electronic ones at that. Let’s explore the most convenient ones of 2025. Here’s my personal top task planners with a brief overview.
📌 A task planner is a program that helps manage work and personal tasks.
All planners share basic functions such as listing tasks, setting dates, and assigning responsibilities. But the quest for user convenience brings a variety of features. Let's dive into these details.

🔴 Cons of WEEEK. The multitude of features can be overwhelming. While they strive to explain everything, mastering all the nuances takes time and practice.

🔴 Asana is a very powerful planner, but it can be quite expensive. Additionally, as far as I know, if you miss a payment, the program freezes until you pay.
